I guess its not really everyone’s cup of tea. Ryanair is very simple, frugal, the seats are small but OK, good range of food but on the expensive side. Customer service was fine and I didn’t really have any issues as my flight was about an hour. It was about 30 minutes late. Boarding is bit of a hassle due to unassigned seats but you get what you pay for. Would travel with Ryanair again.
