I flew with Qantas to Asia in economy class and I think they have really improved. I would recommend them to my friends once again. Can improve further but were a positive surprise.
Had a pleasant domestic flight with Qantas. I would definitely go with them again.
Had many flights with Qantas. Most of those were very pleasant. Unfortunately when there is a delay, staff is not professional or helpful at all. Most of the official representatives on overseas airports are not available, they are not on the airports. The number of people dealing with a “crisis” situation is not even close to enough. When you fly with Qantas you have to hope that everything is as planned, otherwise … better not to be on that flight.
