“Child” of Qantas – better than parent company. Prices affordable, staff friendly, helpful. Food quality can be better. Still very pleasant experience. Most flights on time. When there is a problem – delayed or cancelled flight – customer service far away from expected – similar experience like Qantas
Cheap and comfortable enough. Staff was friendly. Would be nice to get at least some kind of snack or at least make the prices reasonable on the menu. Arrived on time.
