Umbro started producing football cleats in 1985 for pros. The company is currently being owned by Iconix Brand Group and was also purchased by Nike in 2008 and sold in 2012.
The series of football boots produced by Umbro are known for being made from high grade material and for incorporating a lot of technical advancements. The Umbro boot to have made the most impact in the football world was the Stealth boot which was launched in the market in the year 2010.
