Luzi – The Perfect Bedside Companion?

Given that Luzi’s campaign is based on crowd-funding, the objective is to raise $50,000 and the good news is that more than one-third of the amount is already in the kitty. The starting point has been placed at $269 and the number of backers has been limited to 100, which implies that whoever is truly interested needs to hurry.

It was in April, 2015 that the first prototype of Luzi was released and this was followed by kick-off of the Indiegogo campaign two months later in June, 2015. November 2015 is the deadline when the designing blueprint of the product is slated for being completed and beta test is scheduled for December, 2015. Production has been scheduled to commence in January 2016 and the first orders are likely to be shipped out in March, 2016.

What renders Luzi particularly attractive is the feature wherein the user can customize the display settings as per his choice, meaning it is not just the look and the clock-face but also details like temperature, day, date, weather report and so on that can be changed. An added advantage accrues from the fact that this device can be integrated with SmartHome applications as also fitness bands.
