To present Malaysian cuisine in all its totality is the objective of the entrepreneur, head chef and staff who have been involved in the functioning of this restaurant ever since it opened. From the chef’s special to the banquet as also the normal menu, everything is prepared with honesty and finesse and hence could be described as being a worthy epitome of the country whom it represents. But along side long standing tradition there exists a contemporary touch too in form of experimentation and fusion. As a result, dishes are being constantly evolved with traditional fare being presented in an innovative manner.
