Brisbane is located in Australian state of Queensland. Being most populous city in state of Queensland, Brisbane also capital city of that state. With population of 2.24 million, Brisbane is third most populous city in Australia. In Brisbane you can also find highest populated local government areas, including the City of Brisbane.
On the other side we have Canberra, capital of Australia. Canberra has a population around 380 thousand, and it is Australia’s largest inland city. It’s located at the north end of ACT, 280km south west from Sydney and 660km north-east of Melbourne. It’s design was influenced by natural vegetation, so city is sometimes called as “bush capital”.
