Aeroflot is Russian national airline. It’s also largest airline of the Russian Federation. It operates domestic and international pessenger services, mostly from its hub at Sheremetyevo International Airport. Aeroflot is also one of the oldest airlines in the world, with history going back to 1923. In 2006 Aeroflot joined SkyTeam, becoming 10th member of that aliance.
We are comparing it versus Turkish Airlines, national airline of Turkey. It operates flight to more than 240 destinations worldwide. It’s based on the grounds of Atatürk Airport in Yeşilköy. With an operational fleet of nine cargo aircraft, it’s cargo division serves 47 destinations.
